GENERAL RULES

No helmet, no ride
Sign in at the ProShop before commencing your ride
Sign the indemnity after reading the terms and conditions and receive your permit
Once you’ve paid, attach the permit to your bike and make sure it is displayed at all times
For your own safety, sign out at the ProShop after your ride

WHAT TO DO IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY

Don’t panic
Breathe deep and remain calm, clear thinking is critical during an emergency
Provide first aid to your ability. Focus on maintaining open airway and limiting any blood loss
Call 018 788 4338 (Gladiator Security and Paramedic Support). Climb to a higher spot if you have no cellular signal.
After communicating with the emergency services, send a fellow rider to the nearest access point to await emergency services arrival.
